Three due in court over Wythenshawe motorbike death

Three people will appear in court on Tuesday in connection with a fatal collision with a motorbike in Wythenshawe last year.

Jacinto Cabrera-Vargas, aged 67, died following the collision on Rowlandsway on June 19 last year.

Mr Cabrera-Vargas, from Fallowfield, known to his friends as Jack, died from a serious head injury.

Ryan Adshead, aged 23, of Gladeside Road, Benchill has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving, aggravated vehicle taking, death caused by accident, and perverting the course of justice. He has been bailed to appear at Manchester and Salford Magistrates’ court on Tuesday 26 April 2016.

Stacey Wood, 27, and Paul Wood, 25, of Braintree Road, Wythenshawe have both been charged with perverting the course of justice. Both have been bailed to appear at Manchester and Salford Magistrates’ court on Tuesday 26 April 2016.
