Police appeal for witnesses after boy is seriously hurt Wythenshawe crash

A six-year-old boy is in hospital following a road collision in Wythenshawe.

The boy was on his bike when he was in collision with a Vauxhall Zafira on Greatfield Road, at about 7.35pm on night, Friday 5 July 2013.

The boy suffered a serious head injury in the collision and was taken to Manchester Childrens’ Hospital where he remains in a serious, but stable condition.

Police are now appealing for witnesses to come forward.
