A Christian charity is running a course in Brooklands aimed at helping people cope with the impact of money worries.
Brooklands Church of the Nazarene has become one of the first in the UK to train with charity Christians Against Poverty to offer life skills.
The course begins on 7th March 2017. Starting at 7.30pm each Tuesday, it will run for eight weeks, with a one week break for Easter. Organisers say the sessions will provide advice about money management, healthy eating, practical skills, time management, improving relationships and dealing with the pressures of everyday life.
One-to-one coaching will also be available for those that feel the need for more support. Each session will last from 60 to 90 mins, with community time first to chat and make friends.
